Hey I have a 92 Svx, and have been having some cold running issues. Once the car is warm and on the highway it runs great. But usually when its cold and around town (stop start), it can barely get above 2000 rpm and stutters alot until it is fully warm. When warm it still is not perfect, but better.
Any ideas/Suggestions?

Very likely the coolant temp sensor. Do a search for it here on the forums, there's a good amount of information. Also make sure the coolant is full and free of air pockets.

Any CEL? An SVX I had for a bit had a similar issue when the Cam sensor was failing. Did that for a few days before finally failing and throwing a code.

And no CEL. It seems to be worse in wetter weather if that would make any difference whatsoever. But once warm its at least drivable. I'll check out the coolant though.
Is there a chance it could be the sensor without the CEL going off?

Absolutely, seems like that happens a lot actually. If the sensor is still plugged in, I think it assumes it's ok, lol.

92's rarely throw codes until after something is seriously causing an issue.
